Workshop for teachers 27th of August-1st of September 2018 in Chaloux

An unique occasion of training for teachers at the guest house Gite de Chaloux, in the Alpes de Haute Provence.
This immersive workshop will allow you to deepen your practice and the basics teaching techniques.
Old farm reconverted into a guest house from 1982, Chaloux is ideally located at the crosspath of several hiking trails.

Certified teachers, teachers on a training course and advanced practitioners.

Period

Arrival on Sunday the 26th of August late afternoon (supper included) and departure on Saturday 1st September after lunch.

Programme

Classes from Monday to Saturday morning

8 am Pranayama
9 am Hot drinks
9:30 am Asanas
12:30 am Lunch
2 pm Free time
4:30 pm Restorative Asanas
7:30 pm Supper

Accomodation

Six nights full board accomodation from the night of the 26th of August to Saturday the 1st of Septembre after lunch.
Choice between single, double ou triple bedroom with privare or shared restroom and toilets or dormitory for 5 people. For dormitory you should bring your own sheets and towels.
Meals are végétarian made from fresh saisonnal products and organic as possible. Please contact the guest house for booking.

Participation

Teaching : 380€.

Full board accomodation :
2p or 3p room (private bathroom) : 399€ per person. Single : 495€.
2p or 3p room (shared bathroom) : 366€ per person. Single : 468€.
4/5p dormitory : 309€ per person.
We ask you to contact directly the guest house to choose and book your room.
Subscriptions will be accepted in order of arrival. If withdrawal after the 1st of mai 2018, account won’ t be returned .
25 people maximum will be accepted, limited space available.
Daily participation : 70€ if places available.

Access

By car : Highway, from north, A7 exit Avignon sud or Orange Sus. From south, A7 exit Cavaillon or A51 exit La Brillanne.
By train : Gare TGV Avignon then bus until Apt then shuttle (booking at 04 90 74 20 21) until Gignac (6 km from Chaloux).
