The centuries-old beech and chestnut forest is a haven for walking and meditating. A pure torrent borders the property and transmits its vitality and energy to the valley. The vocation of the center is to receive groups for a week-end or a week, from May to October.<\/p><h3>Course<\/h3><p>Arrival on Sunday afternoon and departure after saturday lunch.<br>Practices will be from Monday morning to Saturday morning.<br>Remember to bring your own sheets, a towel, a flashlight as well as your practice mat and if possible your own supports.<\/p><h3>Program<\/h3><p>8:00 : Asanas<br>11:00 : Warm drink, tea<br>11:30 : Pranayama<br>12:30 : Lunch<br>14:00 : Free Time<br>16:30 : Restorative practice and inversions<br>19:30 : Dinner<\/p><h3>Lodging<\/h3><p>Rooms for 2, 3 or 4 people, possibility of camping for 3 tents and a yurt. The meals are vegetarian, tasty, with fresh seasonal and organic products.<\/p><h3>Organisation and sanitary arrangements at the accommodation place<\/h3><p>Because of the physical distancing rules, the Tardoun center will provide some exceptional measures : <\/p><ul><li>Maximum number of participants: 20 (including people who prefer to bring their own tent) + teacher.<\/li><li>Participants must bring: 1 practice mat, 1 headband, 1 pillow, sheets, pillowcase, towel, masks (especially for cab transport), hydralcoholic gel or soap, 1 pareo or towel to protect bolster during practice.<\/li><li>It is required that people who come with their personal vehicle bring all their practice equipment (blankets, straps, wedges, bands).<\/li><li>The Tardoun will not provide any mats or headbands that you will need to bring or available upon request from the Yoga Center <\/li><\/ul><h3>Cost<\/h3><p>Teaching for the 6 days: 420\u20ac, reduced rate at 380\u20ac. Or 720 \u20ac for the two weeks, reduced rate 650\u20ac.<br>Accomodation and meals per week: 350 \u20ac to be paid directly to the g\u00eete.<br>Participation per day (depending on the availability of places): 80 \u20ac. <br>The number of places is limited to 20 people. Subscriptions will be accepted in the order of arrival.
