The place
Les Damias is a place located in the heart of a green valley and nestled in the Baronnies Provençales’ natural park.
A farm that prospered until the 1960s and then abandoned during the rural exodus, today the site has been transformed into an eco-village by a family to make a sweet and welcoming place with biodynamic agriculture.
Course
Arrival on Sunday afternoon and departure after saturday lunch.
Classes will be from Monday morning to Saturday morning.
Think of bringing your sheets and pillowcases (possible to rent for 5€), a towel, a flashlight as well as your practice mat and if possible your own supports.

- 8:00 : Asanas
- 11:00 : Warm drink, tea
- 11:30 : Pranayama
- 12:30 : Lunch
- 14:00 : Free Time
- 16h30 : Relaxation postures and inversions
- 19:30 : Dinner
Lodging
Rooms for 1 to 7 people, possible camping or accomodation in hut or caravane upon request. Meals are vegeterian and bio.
Cost
Teaching for the 6 days 400 €. Participation per day (if places left) : 70 €. Reduced price 380€.

25 people maximum will be accepted (limited space available). Subscriptions will be accepted in order. If withdrawal after the 1st of mai 2020, account won’t be returned.

Once the confirmation is received, this form will have to be sent to us by mail, accompanied by a check for the payment of the deposit (50% cashed at the end of the training course) to the order of Stéphane LALO, as well as a check of 30€ for the membership to the Dipika association, to the following address

Cancellation policy
After booking, please contact us asap in case of cancellation. For any cancellation notified up to one month before the date of the training course, the refund of the deposit will be integral (less the participation in the management costs of 30 € of inscription to the association). If the cancellation takes place less than 30 days before the date of the course, no refund of the deposit will no longer be possible, whatever the reason.
