Loïs Steinberg
The workshop will be led by Lois Steinberg, a certified Advanced Junior 2 instructor, with over 35 years of study, practice, and teaching experience. She teaches regularly in the United States, holds frequent international workshops, and continues to study in Pune each year with
the Iyengar family. Lois has considerable knowledge of Iyengar Yoga therapeutic and also
holds a PhD in Nutritional Sciences.
Lois Steinberg is the author of numerous book and articles :

From 12:00 – 2:00 pm and from 5:00 – 8:00 pm for teachers, student teachers, and advanced
students with a minimum of 3 years of study.
Saturday 2 June
From 10:00 am to 1:00pm and from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Open Class for all students with at least one year of practice.
Sunday 3 June
From 9:00 am to 12:00am and from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Open Class for all students with at least one year of practice.
